Marrissa Winkelman is the Managing Partner of our agency, where she’s spent the last decade building something bigger than just an insurance agency. She’s built a culture, rooted in integrity, fueled by connection, and powered by a team of bold, capable people who care deeply about their work. Marrissa believes insurance isn’t just about policies it’s about people, protection, and showing up when it matters most.

Born and raised in Kansas City, Marrissa brings both Midwest heart and business grit to the table. Her leadership style is collaborative, driven, and full of intention. She’s passionate about mentoring her team, creating meaningful client relationships, and celebrating every win big or small. Around the office, she’s known for her energy, her fierce loyalty, and her ability to turn even the most stressful day into a team triumph.

At home, Marrissa is the proud wife of Chris and the always-cheering mom of their son, Lane. Life outside the office is full of joy. Whether she’s planning a get-together, cheering from the sidelines, or splitting football season between Oklahoma and her first home Kansas City. She believes in doing life with passion, purpose, and a whole lot of heart and she brings that same energy into everything she touches.
