Christie graduated from Jay High School in Jay, OK. She is a lifelong resident of the Jay area. She has a Bachelor's of Science degree in education from Northeastern State University. Prior to opening up Webb Insurance she taught elementary school in the McDonald County (Mo.) school district at Southwest City and Noel for seven years. She also taught one year at Jay Elementary School.

Randy and Christie were married in June of 1993. They have 3 children: Brett, Lucy, and Harley. Christie's hobbies are reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Christie loves to give back to her community by helping with activities at local schools.
