Christie Webb is the originator of our beautiful agency, bringing a heart for service, a background in education, and a deep-rooted love for her community into everything she does. A proud graduate of Jay High School, Christie earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Northeastern State University. Before opening the agency with her husband Randy in 2012, she spent eight years in the classroom, teaching elementary students in both the McDonald County School District and Jay Public Schools.

Christie’s passion for helping others didn’t end when she left education it simply shifted. At the agency, she supports operations behind the scenes, always ready to lend a hand, a kind word, or a thoughtful solution. Her heart for community remains strong, and she continues to give back by volunteering in local schools and supporting youth programs whenever she can.

Christie and Randy were married in June of 1993 and have three children Brett, Lucy, and Harley and recently became proud grandparents to their first granddaughter. She has proudly stepped in as "Momma" the mentor to anyone that needs it and she is the best Gigi to Lane. In her downtime, Christie loves reading, traveling, spending time with family, and soaking up every moment of this exciting new season of life.
