Randy graduated from Ketchum High School in Ketchum, Oklahoma. He is a lifelong resident of the Grand Lake area. He worked for Reasor's in Langley, OK during high school and college. He attended college at Northeast Oklahoma A&M College in Miami, OK and the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS, where he majored in broadcast meteorology. His insurance career began in 1998 with Farm Bureau. He worked as an insurance agent with Farm Bureau in Jay and Grove until August 2012. Randy and his wife, Christie opened Webb Insurance in 2012.

Randy and Christie were married in June of 1993. They have three children: Brett, 27, Lucy 22, and Harley 14. When Randy is not helping clients he spends time with his family. His hobbies include scuba diving, woodworking, playing fantasy football and rooting for his Kansas City Royals and Chiefs. He and Christie enjoy traveling with the family and his favorite vacation spot is Disneyland.

Randy enjoys the relationships he has built over the years with his clients and he loves giving back to his community.
