Trusted advisor?

I recently read a story in USA Today that talked about Wal-Mart getting into the auto insurance business. This really got me thinking a few thoughts about the industry I work in. Do you really view your insurance agent as just an order taker? Would you trust someone like Wal-Mart to provide you vital services such as legal or medical advice? Would they really take the time to properly advise you on what to do?

A lot of our customers have a basic understanding of how their insurance works. We spend the time to sit down and talk about the "nuts and bolts" of an insurance policy with our customers. Those same "nuts and bolts" can be vital in the event of a claim. If you are responsible for an auto accident don't you want to know you are properly covered?

When I was growing up my parents had a trusted advisor. Fred York was our insurance agent. Any insurance related matters were discussed with Fred. He took the time to make sure we had the proper coverages on all of our policies and was there when we needed him and we never had to call a 1-800 number to ask for help or advice. Fred also hired me in my first insurance job. His work with my family helped inspire me to want to help others.

If you are looking for an insurance agent who will take the time to discuss your situation and make sure you have the right coverage at very competitive prices give me a call. We offer insurance with over 50 top rated carriers. We will shop your isnurance needs with our trusted carriers and offer you the best price that meets your needs. What seperates us fromour competition? Personalized service, advice, and an agent you can rely on. Oh yeah, one more secret. We can still offer you the best rate just like those mega retailers.
